Being healthy and happy isn’t just about being active or what you eat. Health and happiness are created within yourself more than it is focusing solely on the outside.

I hear and see it so often. Clients and friends although they work endlessly focusing on making themselves look fabulous on the outside, they are self sabotaging their efforts from within their own minds, starting with how they speak to and what they think about themselves.

When your mind works with you and if you love yourself unconditionally, the rest does follow.
If you practice being positive in and around every aspect of your life, saying positive things to and about yourself, your life, your job and your family, you end up appreciating each of these things for what or who they are. It goes with out a doubt that each day you will wake up happier, feeling more empowered and will mentally feel more inspired to take on the day ahead.

You then choose to eat healthier because you’re not sad all the time or feeling like crap. You’re not wanting to change everything and run away from what you wish you could change or what you don’t have. In fact, you will want to do more and be more because you do have more energy. You will aim to make more conscious choices for yourself and even your family.

If you start to work on yourself from deep within and truly love yourself enough to want to create a happier and more balanced life, you WILL.

It all starts in our minds and within each of us. Once you start working on the inside, the rest will start flowing onto the outside. Work each day on improving every part of yourself, not just the parts that you can see.
