Women’s Group Training

If I can’t do the entire duration of the program, am I able to attend a portion of the time frame?

What do I need to bring to a session?
Initially, you will require a fitness/exercise mat, workout towel and a water filled drink bottle. As each client progresses, the option for each client to bring along weighted dumbbells, or other equipment i.e. boxing gloves, of their own is entirely up to the individual but is not necessary. The majority of the equipment will be provided by the company or trainer running the sessions.

I have never exercised before or for a while, is this program for me?
Yes most definitely, this program is designed to cater for most fitness levels and levels of experience. Although in a group setting, each of the women work to their own abilities and fitness levels each and every session, with the encouragement and assistance from our trainer.

Can I pay by cash?
Yes. We offer multiple payment options for smaller payments (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) we use a Direct Debit company for you to make payments for the Beyond Body program. This makes it an easy option for both parties and preventing the handling of cash at each session.
Cash or a one off bank transfer option is ONLY available for those paying up front for the entire 12 week round.

Can I pay casually?
No. This is a 12 week program designed for and around a commitment from each client. We like to work with, get to know each of our clients and give them the continued support & education along the way.

I suffer from a specific illness or injury, do you cater for me?
This depends on the severity of the illness or injury. Beyond Body will cater as best as we can to injuries and illnesses. As a part of the Beyond Body Terms and Conditions major injuries and illnesses will require a clearance from your doctor to participate in the program prior to the program commencing.

How much does it cost?
Pricing and packages can be found on page 2 and 3 of this information book.

What kind of exercises will we do?
At the beginning of each week the session types will be posted in our member’s only forum. A variety of exercises and workouts will be run during this program. Some of them including stretching, boxing, cardio, and strength based exercises, circuits and more.
What else can I expect from this program?
Beyond Body is a fitness based group, we also empower our members to become the best versions of themselves and bring happiness and well-being into the lives of our members. Our online forum encourages positivity, our nutritional support posts, recipes ideas and individuals sharing their struggles, obstacles, favourite meals and idea. This helps create a group/community type feel with constant support and motivation from not only your trainer but also the other members. Here at Beyond Body we are not about food plans and diets, we encourage a balanced and healthy lifestyle. We are not here to restrict or take away anything from your current lifestyle, only improve in areas which may be holding you back.

Going away and not sure if you can make up missed sessions?
We are always willing to work with you and accommodate your needs. If you are going away and won’t make it back in time for the beginning of a program or even leaving before we finish, send us and email or come talk to us. We will do our best to help you so you don’t miss out.
We offer each client the chance to make up missed sessions from a previous week. These sessions are required to be made up in a future week of the same 12 week round. (Sessions that have NOT been used at the closure of the 12 week round, unfortunately will be forfeited regardless of the circumstances they were missed).
